Skin Repair for Stretchmarks & Wrinkles

Add a quarter cup of extra virgin olive oil, a quarter cup of aloe vera gel and five vitamin E capsules (burst the capsules) to a blender. Blend all the ingredients on the slowest speed until the mixture becomes creamy. Pour the contents from the blender into a small container.

Apply the blended ingredients to your skin, especially to the areas where the stretch marks appear. Most often, stretch marks appear on the hips, stomach, breasts and arms. Massage the liquid into the skin until it disappears. Repeat this twice each day, once in the morning and once before going to bed. Refrigerate the remaining blended ingredients for up to two weeks.

Using yogurt on the face can reduce wrinkles. Wash your face with a mild cleanser and pat it dry with a towel. Apply two tbsp. of plain yogurt liberally to the face. The live cultures that are found in plain yogurt can reduce fine lines and wrinkles on the face.

 Use your fingertips to massage the yogurt into the skin, avoiding the area around the eyes. Leave it on the face for 20 to 30 minutes, then wash it off with warm water. Splash cool water on your face to close the pores, and pat dry. Continue to use yogurt at least three times per week to reduce wrinkles.
